Full renovation and extension of an existing 1950s semi-detached house in Greasby, Wirral. The works consisted of  major internal alterations, to alter the ground floor plan with a rear single storey extension with feature gable glazing. Creating a modern open plan kitchen, living dining space, snug room and WC/utility. Changes to the first floor renovate each bedroom and form a family bathroom with monochrome finish. Full re-wire, new windows and doors, and central heating system. Finished to a high specification to meet the Client’s specific requirements.​​​
