Full renovation of an existing 1950s semi-detached house in Greasby, Wirral. The works consisted of  major internal alterations, to alter the ground floor plan to create an open plan kitchen, living dining space, snug room and WC/utility; alongside changing the first floor to create an additional bedroom in the existing footprint. Full re-wire, new windows and doors, and central heating system. Finished to a high specification to meet the Client’s specific requirements.
