Double storey side extension to an existing 1960s semi-detached house in Upton, Wirral. The works provide for a new ground floor kitchen, WC and utility room, alongside creating an additional bedroom at first floor level. Partial re-wire, new windows and doors, and central heating system. Finished to a high specification to meet the Client’s specific requirements.
