​​Major renovation of an existing dormer bungalow property in Heswall. The works consisted of completely transforming the external envelope and aesthetics by removing the existing roof and replacing it with an additional storey and feature bay window details. The dwelling now offers the client a traditional styled, executive 4 bedroom property with Master bedroom suite, games room, open plan lounge, garden room kitchen and wine cellar.  Finished to a very high specification with a clean and modern interior, but traditional exterior.
