Internal ground floor alterations to create a new shower room and entrance hall cloaks area within the former garage structure. The works consisted of internal structural alterations to knock-through to the existing garage, to form the new and modern shower room with natural light at roof level and much needed hallway cloaks room. The client wanted to also retain part of the garage with access to the front and rear gardens. Designed to maximise the space available and provide a functional space finished to a high specification.
