Working with the Client to provide a design and change of use planning application to allow Kingsmead Leisure the opportunity to develop the existing former Kingsmead private school facility and annexe rooms into a new swimming, fitness, and café.  The facility will provide a new 5-star experience from swimming, fitness, wellbeing, and nutrition alongside offering pool time for community groups. The swimming pool will be upgraded to make it a salt water pool, rather than fully chlorinated; and the project includes a full refurbishment, re-wire, central heating and extensive modernisation to create a sustainable development.
