Renovation and refurbishment of an existing 1930s thatched cottage in the Greenbelt, Coastal zone of Caldy, Wirral. The works include the design of a modern, ground floor rear extension with large areas of glazing, internal alterations to create an open plan kitchen, living dining space, home office, boot room, wine cellar and WC/utility; alongside changing the first floor to create a formal mater bedroom suite and external terrace.  Partial re-wire, new windows and doors, and upgrades to the central heating system. Finished to a high specification to meet the Client’s specific requirements.
