Working with the client to renovate the existing heritage property to bring it back into a more accessible community and club use. The building is set adjacent to the Royal Liverpool Golf Club in Hoylake, boasting stunning views and aspect.  The existing building was in need of repair and major maintenance works, which formed an opportunity to change some of the spaces, undertake structural alterations and reconfigure the building into a welcoming and modern mixed use facility that can host events, functions, weddings and whilst also retaining the home club member groups.  The project includes a full refurbishment, re-wire, central heating and extensive modernisation to create a sustainable community and commercial development.
